The Center for Strategic Studies Al-Mustaqbal, affiliated with the Marja‘iyya in the holy city of Karbala, held an intellectual seminar titled “Strategies of Reform and Peaceful Change in the Thought of Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Muhammad Shirazi May His Soul Rest in Peace” at the Al-Naba’ Cultural and Media Institute.

The session was attended by a number of directors of research centers, university professors, and media professionals. The seminar explored the reformist ideas of the late Grand Marja‘, emphasizing dialogue and social justice as essential foundations for transformation and renewal in the Islamic society.

During the session, Professor Haidar Abdul-Sattar Al-Ajoudi, a researcher at the Al-Mustaqbal Center, presented an analytical paper in which he described the thoughts of Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Muhammad Shirazi as a turning point in the history of Islamic reformist ideology.
